At Aura Resortwear, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
For your security, the information provided at the time of purchase must match that of the cardholder. All payments are subject to approval by the card issuer.
If you refuse, the order may be canceled. New customer orders can only be sent to the billing address. By completing the purchase, you confirm the validity of the information and authorize full payment.
Shipping to Brazil
Orders with delivery within Brazil are processed exclusively through our website. We work with the Brazilian postal service (Correios) and a selection of partner carriers, chosen according to the destination region.
The average delivery time is up to 5 business days, but this may vary depending on the location.
When you enter your zip code in the shopping cart, the estimated delivery time will be calculated automatically.
After payment confirmation, the order is processed within 48 business hours.
There are no additional fees or taxes charged upon delivery.
You can track your order in the "My Orders" section or via email.
International Shipments
International orders are processed exclusively via WhatsApp, with shipping through international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or others, depending on the best option for the destination.
Delivery times vary by country, averaging between 1 and 7 business days after dispatch. All shipments include a detailed commercial invoice, as required by international trade regulations.
⚠ Attention: Due to an ongoing strike in Brazil, international shipments may experience delays in customs clearance. Packages may take 11 to 15 days to be released, in addition to the standard shipping time.
The shipping cost will be provided directly via WhatsApp.
