Exchange and Return Policy – Aura
At Aura, we want your experience to be as special as the pieces we create. That's why our exchange and return policy was developed based on the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), ensuring transparency, respect and practicality.
Purchases made in the online store:
• Products purchased in our online store can be exchanged within 15 calendar days after the date of purchase.
• The deadline to request a refund is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order — whether due to regret, withdrawal, dissatisfaction or any other reason.
• After the request, we will send a reverse logistics code for free posting at any post office, valid for 7 calendar days. After this period, the request will be canceled.
• The amount paid will be refunded according to the original payment method:
• Credit card: up to 2 subsequent invoices
• Pix or transfer: up to 7 business days after receiving the return
• In case of full return of the order, the shipping cost will be refunded. For partial returns, shipping will not be refunded.
Conditions for exchange or return:
For the return to be accepted, it is necessary that:
• The product shows no signs of use, with labels and seals intact;
• It is returned in its original packaging (or similar, which adequately protects the item);
• Include the invoice and all accessories sent.
Items returned outside the above conditions or after the deadline will not be accepted.
Defective products:
If the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will analyze it and, if the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for an exchange or refund free of charge.
