EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If the product doesn’t fit, that’s okay — we can offer an exchange or return within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Return requests with a refund must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, whether due to regret, withdrawal, or any other reason.

Important: Refunds in the form of reimbursement will only be issued for the first purchase made on the website.
If the customer wishes to return a second or subsequent purchase, a store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the return, valid for 60 calendar days for exclusive use on the website.

How it works:

After the request, we will send a reverse logistics code for free shipping at any Correios agency.
The code is valid for 7 calendar days. After this period, the request will be automatically canceled.

Important: Free reverse logistics is valid only for the first purchase made on the website.
For returns of subsequent orders, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Credits:

* Credit card: up to 2 subsequent billing cycles;

*Pix or bank transfer: up to 7 business days after receiving the return;

*For full returns of the first order, the shipping cost will be refunded;

*For partial returns, the shipping cost will not be refunded;

*Cash refunds are only available for the first order placed on the website;

*From the second order onward, returns will be refunded exclusively via store credit, valid for 60 calendar days.

Conditions for the return to be accepted:

*The product must be unused, with tags and seals intact;

*It must be returned in its original packaging;

*It must include the invoice and all accompanying accessories.

Product with manufacturing defect:

If the item presents any defect, contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving it.
After analysis and confirmation, we will proceed with the exchange or refund at no additional cost.
