FEES AND TAXES

At Aura, we value a transparent international shopping experience, with no surprises at the time of delivery.

Shipping to Brazil

Orders destined for Brazil are exempt from import duties and taxes. The amount displayed at checkout is final – no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Shipping to other countries

For all other destinations, orders are shipped in Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) format, meaning that taxes and customs fees are not included in the purchase price.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for paying any charges directly to the international shipping company, either at the time of delivery or during the customs clearance process.

Payment can be made conveniently:

• Through the carrier's tracking page (by clicking on "Pay now")
• Directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
• At a branch of the transport company, if you choose to pick up your order.

Attention: If the taxes are not paid, the order will be returned to Aura. The return shipping cost charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

Important note: Import duties are charged by the tax authorities of the destination country and are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.
