FEES AND TAXES

At Aura, we strive to provide a transparent, surprise-free international shopping experience.

Orders shipped to Brazil are exempt from import duties and taxes. The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount to be paid – no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

For all other countries, shipments are made in the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) format, that is, taxes and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. In these cases, the customer is responsible for paying all import charges directly to UPS, at the time of delivery or to release the order at customs.

Payment can be made in a practical way:
– Via the UPS tracking page (by clicking “Pay Now”)
– Directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery
– At a UPS agency, if you choose to pick up the package

If taxes are not paid, the order will be returned to Aura, and the return shipping cost charged by UPS will be deducted from the refund.

Important: Import taxes are collected by the authorities of the destination country and are therefore non-refundable, even in the event of a product return.
