Aura ships internationally from Brazil using recognized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, always accompanied by an official invoice in accordance with international trade regulations.
• Orders are processed within up to 48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays);
• During high-demand periods, this timeframe may be extended;
• The average UPS Express delivery time ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

 Attention: Due to an ongoing strike in Brazil, all international shipments are experiencing customs clearance delays. Packages may take an additional 11 to 15 days to be released, beyond the standard shipping time.

Shipping quotes for deliveries outside Brazil are provided individually via WhatsApp.
The checkout process is also completed through this channel.

Exchanges & Returns – International Orders

For orders delivered outside Brazil, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Currently, we do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders.

Important:
Refunds will only be issued for the first international purchase made via WhatsApp.
For returns of subsequent purchases, a store credit coupon will be provided for the refund amount, valid for 60 consecutive days for exclusive use on our website.
